Monleras Work Camp - 2º turn [Days 1 and 2]

Hello again!! We are back with the blog and with the 2º turn. The new group has people from France, Belgium, Italy and Belarus. Talking about the Spanish people, we can find people from Salamanca, Segovia, Pontevedra, Elche, Cartagena, Sevilla, Miranda de Ebro and Tenerife. On the first day they got to know how everything works and distributed rooms. At night we played some games to know the names of each other and something else about ourselves, and we finished at the main square, for all the children to get to know them for the first time.

On Thursday they were introduced to the working place and started cleaning the area and preparing the tools. In the afternoon we went on a short hike to find out more about traditional constructions around the area and finished at Samuel's Mill. At night we played an orientation game around the village and the children helped them to find different places. This is just the beginning! Stay tuned!

Hola de nuevo!! Ya estamos de vuelta con el blog y con el 2º turno. El nuevo grupo tiene gente de Francia, Bélgica, Italia y Bielorrusia. Hablando del grupo español, podemos encontrar gente de Salamanca, Segovia, Pontevedra, Elche, Cartagena, Sevilla, Miranda de Ebro y Tenerife. El primer día conocieron cómo funcionaba todo y repartimos habitaciones. Por la noche hicimos unos cuantos juegos para conocer los nombres de los demás y algunas cosillas curiosas sobre nosotros. Terminamos en la plaza mayor, para que todos los niños les vieran por primera vez.

El jueves conocieron el campo de trabajo y empezaron a limpiar el área y a preparar las herramientas de trabajo. Por la tarde fuimos a una pequeña marcha para conocer construcciones tradicionales por la zona y terminamos en el Molino de Samuel. A la noche hicimos un juego de orientación por el pueblo y los niños les ayudaron a encontrar diferentes lugares. Esto es sólo el principio! Permaneced atentos!
