Monleras 1º turn [Day 7]

Hello everyone! We are just in the middle of the work camp, days are passing by really quickly! The construction is quite advanced and the volunteers are learning a lot of things by doing these jobs. Bad news is that the third Spanish heat wave is here and we have to suffer it, so we have to be extremely cautious with the heat. Yesterday we had to start the afternoon games later because of it, we played Chinese football and also Dodgeball with the children from the village. At night we played a quiet game for the volunteers to relax, as today they had to keep on working. Today they will visit a cheese factory and some farms with animals. See you soon!

Hola a todos! Acabamos de llegar a la mitad del campo de trabajo, los días están pasando rapidísimo! La construcción está bastante avanzada y los voluntarios están aprendiendo muchas cosas al hacer estos trabajos. Las malas noticias son que la tercera ola de calor en España está aquí y tenemos que sufrirla, así que tenemos que tener mucho cuidado con el calor. Ayer tuvimos que empezar las actividades de la tarde algo más tarde debido a ello, jugamos al fútbol chino y también a balón prisionero con los niños del pueblo. Por la noche jugamos a un juego tranquilo para que los voluntarios se relajaran, ya que hoy tienen que seguir trabajando. Hoy visitarán una quesería y algunas granjas con animales. Nos vemos pronto!
